All returns must be submitted by email within 14 days with brief description of return reason to receive the RA number. Items must be in original packaging, and all clothing must be in unwashed and unworn condition, with tags attached.
We will not accept any returns on altered, customized, embroidered, or specialty order clothing. Unless return is caused in error by Emergency Wear, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping cost.
